At Only Honey, we strive for the highest quality of our honey products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our return policy below.
1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to your order within 14 days to cancel upon receipt, without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
2. Exceptions
Because honey a food is, opened or damaged jars can not to be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Only unopened, original packaging is eligible for return.
3. Return procedure
Send an email to support@only-honey.com with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
Return the product in the original packaging.
The shipping costs for returns are at the customer's expense, unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
4. Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, the amount will be refunded within 5 working days refunded via the original payment method.
